RD Series Radial arm drills allow for reliable drilling over extended periods of time. All machines are built with high-quality components including hardened and ground steel gears, a well-built tension return spring for spindle return, a double-wall column with an oversize bearing for easy rotation and maximum stiffness, as well as hardened steel wear strips to allow for smooth head travel.

Advanced Machine Features
Superior Structural Rigidity
Equipped with a double-wall column and an oversize bearing providing easy rotation and maximum stiffness. Hardened steel wear strips for the top of arm ways allow for smooth head travel.
Spindle & Quill
Incorporates a spindle and quill made from hardened and ground alloy steel. Spindle return tension is easily adjustable through a well-built return spring.
Precision Control & Power-Feed
Power-feed rates are easily selected and can be changed while the spindle is running. Limit switches are used to prevent over-travel with power-feed.
Safety First
Radial arms are raised and lowered by a separate motor with a safety nut for operation safety.
Standard Equipment
A flood coolant system is provided as standard. Box tables with T-slots on both top and side surfaces, fluorescent work light, toolbox, tools, and operator/parts manuals are included.
